What to Expect
It's natural to be a bit nervous before your first reading. But really, it's almost like talking with friends.
I will have done some preliminary "grounding" work before you arrive. I will not ask you any questions prior to the reading. When we sit down, I will invite those from Spirit to join us. I will ask if they have a message for you. It may take several minutes for the first message to come through.
It is best to release expectations that a specific loved one will come through. I have heard from sisters, neighbors and friends of loved ones. Any of these spirits may bring with them a message that can aid in your spiritual growth.
I receive messages in several different ways. Sometimes I see images, hear words, music, lyrics to songs, or feel a physical sensation that is connected to them.
I will check in with you as we progress with the reading. It is helpful if you are able to verify the information that is received. You may also ask anything that you would like of Spirit.
Some messages may make more sense by the end of the reading, or after you have had a chance to think about it or talk with others who are able to verify information.
Before you come send loving thoughts to those you wish to contact. While I cannot guarantee who will show up, we can create an atmosphere that is loving and inviting for them to come.Also, if you want to ask a specific question, or questions, it helps to meditate on them in advance of the meeting.
Sessions are confidential. However, I may ask if I may share the story as long as names are not used.
